About the Role They are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. As the company enters its growth phase post-Series A, the CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, managing capital efficiency, and building strong financial partnerships. A key responsibility will be to secure financing through loans and credit facilities, while cultivating strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Lead efforts to secure debt financing, loans, and credit lines. Manage investor reporting and communications, ensuring transparency and compliance. Optimize capital structure to balance growth and financial stability. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international banks. Negotiate favorable loan terms, credit facilities, and other financing instruments. Monitor and manage banking operations to ensure efficient cash flow and liquidity. Financial Operations & Governance Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, and internal controls. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with regulatory standards. Implement financial systems and processes to support scalability. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board. Partner with business units to align financial insights with operational strategy. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Qualifications Proven track record as CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leader in a high-growth technology or cloud/AI company. Strong experience in debt financing, loan applications, and banking relationship management. Familiarity with venture capital-backed environments, preferably at Series A–C stages. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance in Singapore/Asia. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
