Online Campaign Manager

Wise Advertisement is an AI-driven digital marketing agency focused on one thing: results. We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Online Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) who thrives on performance, precision, and profit. If you’re analytical, proactive, and passionate about scaling campaigns and pushing ROI boundaries, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL/CPA, increase ROAS, and improve key funnel metrics Collaborate with our creative team to test ad creatives (video, static, UGC) and landing pages Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and recommend strategies based on insights A/B test ad variations, placements, audiences, and messaging Manage budgets efficiently across accounts and identify scaling opportunities Track and troubleshoot pixels, conversion events, and tag integrations (GTM, Meta CAPI, GA4, etc.) Work with our internal CRM and automation team to improve lead quality and conversion rates What We’re Looking For 3 years experience managing paid ad campaigns with proven ROI Expert in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; familiarity with YouTube and TikTok Ads is a bonus Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and lead generation strategies Data-savvy with deep knowledge of CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rate optimization, etc. Experience with ad tracking tools (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking) Comfortable with GHL, Zapier, or other automation tools (a plus) Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to test new strategies and scale what works Why Join Wise Advertisement? 100% remote team with flexible work hours Work with an innovative team at the forefront of AI and digital marketing Direct impact on performance — we care about results , not vanity metrics Growth opportunities with hands-on training, team collaboration, and resources
