For an important industrial company in pharmaceutical area based near Neuchâtel, we are recruiting for a temporary contract of 12 months a Specialist Scheduling and Cell Logistics 100% - English / German (C1) and French a plus (home office 2 days a week)Specialist, Scheduling & Cell Logistics H/F - All/Ang/Fr DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION Manage scheduling and monitor patient treatment schedules for cellular immunotherapy products. Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling with various stakeholders. Create and maintain patient schedules in collaboration with treatment sites and logistics partners. Monitor collection, transportation, and manufacturing activities. Enter and maintain transactional data in the scheduling system. Document feedback from customers and partners. Lead meetings with clinical and commercial teams as assigned. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. PROFIL ATTENDU Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
