Skilled Landscape Laborer

Job Description Job Description We are seeking Skilled Laborers with experience in landscaping and outdoor construction to help bring our designs to life. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, thrives in a team setting, and can make things! Key Responsibilities: Assist with installation of landscape elements such as plants, sod, mulch, irrigation systems, pavers, retaining walls, fountains, stone and masonry features, decking and woodworking features Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively Follow landscape design plans and instructions from supervisors Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and completed to high standards Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality expectations Qualifications: Previous landscape or outdoor construction experience (preferred), wood, masonry, or plants/ irrigation Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in landscaping Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience and performance Opportunity to grow within a creative and respected landscape architecture design/ build firm Full-time, year-round employment with paid time off, overtime availability, and performance bonuses.
