Job Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the sales and operations workflow, identifying pain points and bottlenecks in the process, and helping to improve the efficiency of sales process management. 2.Support the full product-ops cycle for internal sales tools—gathering requirements, running reviews, driving adoption, and wrapping up with post-launch analytics to hit our OKRs. 3.Take concise, action-oriented minutes for key projects and cross-team requirement discussions. Job Requirments: 1.Comfortable operating in English and Portuguese with global teammates. 2.Proven executor and clear writer who quickly picks up new tools and tech, thinks ahead, and owns every outcome. 3.Positive, resilient, and a great team player—clear, logical communicator who can drive cross-team projects.
