Key Responsibilities: 1.Develop long-term data tools to enhance the data efficiency of frontline sales and operations teams. 2.Manage the data product project process, coordinate with product, technology, and other relevant teams to deliver feature development or optimization, and drive business goals more effectively. 3.Establish mechanisms for data operations and governance, manage data reports, tools, and assets, set standards for data asset construction and maintenance, and ensure the reusability and security of data assets Job Requirement: 1.Strong logical thinking and ability to collaborate efficiently with product, engineering, and business teams to align on objectives. 2.Proficient in English as a working language, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
