RETAIL SPECIALIST - BEAUTY & SKIN CARE MIDRAND, Gauteng (South Africa) START: 01 September 2025 (Pre-opening) TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Sunday 09:00am - 21:00pm (standard 9-hour shifts will be scheduled on rotation) RETAIL HOURS - Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends and all major holidays REPORTS TO: Store Manager / HR Manager / CEO EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R8,500 - R10,000 Basic Salary per month (Based on relevant experience in beauty / retail) Commission on store turnover MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Retail experience working in a cosmetic/ beauty department Beautifully groomed, manicured, and professionally presentable Confident and knowledgeable on beauty products & cosmetics Closing sales / using POS system Computer literate Based in or directly around Midrand with reliable transport Able to work retail shifts (includes weekends, public holidays etc.) A minimum of THREE years in Retail sector
