Requirements: Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a premium brand dealership. At least 8 years experience in the motor vehicle sales industry. Strong background in franchise premium dealerships (essential). Stable career track record with excellent, contactable references. Strong leadership, management, and sales skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage the new vehicle sales department, ensuring targets and profitability are achieved. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team. Drive customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships. Implement sales strategies and monitor performance. Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes.
