Job Description

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Service Manager within a franchise dealership or commercial environment. Strong working knowledge of Volkswagen and Audi vehicles (essential). Stable employment history with excellent, contactable references. Solid leadership and staff management skills. Strong technical understanding of motor vehicle servicing and workshop operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the service department. Manage workshop productivity and efficiency. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Lead, mentor, and develop the service team. Monitor performance, implement processes, and drive profitability.
