We are seeking professional, safety-focused Motor Coach Operators to join our growing team. If you are a customer service-driven individual who thrives on the open road and can handle long-distance and cross-border travel with professionalism, we want to hear from you Key Details: Provide safe, on-time transportation for passengers in a clean and well-maintained motor coach 52 seater Passenger Bus- Prevost Buses 4-6 Days per week, 6-8 stops per day, 9-10 hour days Deliver exceptional “door through door” customer service with a professional and courteous attitude Maintain constant situational awareness and balance urgency with safety at all times Travel overnight 2–3 nights per week (hotel accommodations provided). Operate with minimal supervision using a company-issued phone and dispatch system Represent the company with pride, integrity, and a service-first mindset. Referral Bonus: $500 after referred driver completes training and 3 months on the job Meal allowance (outstation): $25/day Uniforms provided Requirements: Valid CDL-A or CDL-B license with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements Minimum 1 year of bus driving experience (motor coach or long-haul truck experience).
