RETAIL-ORIENTATED SOMATOLOGIST MIDRAND, Gauteng (South Africa) START: 01 September 2025 (Pre-opening) TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Sunday 09:00am - 21:00pm (standard 9-hour shifts will be scheduled on rotation) RETAIL HOURS - Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends and all major holidays REPORTS TO: Store Manager / HR Manager / CEO EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R10,000 - R16,000 Basic Salary per month (Based on desired experience) 5% Commission (Retail) Incentives MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: DIPLOMA Somatology (Minimum 3-year diploma) BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics Diploma Beautifully groomed, manicured and presentable Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients Confident retailer! This position is all about educating the clients on their skin regime and prescribing the relevant home care / retail advise Must be based centrally to Midrand Must be able to work retail hours (including major holidays and weekends) EXPERIENCE: Employment experience as a somatologist Retail experience is highly favorable Cruise Ship - BONUS Experience working with active ingredients KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Confident performing a detailed skin analysis Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care Retail confident - this is VERY important! Strong team dynamic - able to work in a team with team-player mentality Sales driven, career motivated and eager to advance yourself Promote the store, the brands and the new industry trends
