Marketing & Admin Assistant (Remote | Part-Time | R9,416.96/month Commission Potential) Are you bright, articulate, and passionate about marketing and helping people thrive? Do you have a knack for organisation, communication, and community-building? Were looking for a well-spoken, intelligent, and proactive person to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who loves variety, is tech-savvy, and wants to work closely in a dynamic, purpose-led business that supports neurodivergent entrepreneurs and creatives. The Role Includes: General admin and PA support (think inbox, scheduling, file organisation) Responding to general enquiries with warmth and professionalism Managing and engaging with our online community on Skool Supporting our marketing campaigns for services, courses, and launches Light customer service and lead nurturing (with potential for commission on sales!) Youll Need: 3-5 years previous experience as an executive assistant or marketing assistant Experience working in companies trading within European or American markets Experience working within start ups preferred but not essential Experience using tech tools such as Gmail/suite, Canva, ClickFunnel, Skool, Zapier (automation integration system), Linkedin, Calendly Flowdesk (email marketing) or similar platforms Strong communication and writing skills (English UK preferred) A professional and friendly tone when replying to clients and leads Experience in digital marketing or community management Proactive attitude and attention to detail Empathetic, with good social intelegence, well spoken with excellent English (reading, writing, speaking)
