Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of macroeconomic trends, especially related to Singapore's economy, government policies, interest rates, liquidity, consumer behaviors, digital trends, and industry developments. Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for sustainable growth, market leadership, and P&L management. Lead the design and implementation of Customer and Employee Journeys, leveraging digitization, ecosystem thinking, and data analytics to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve Bancassurance KPIs through strategic initiatives, product development, and tactical programs. Utilize Data-Driven Operating Models and Control Towers to understand financial and productivity drivers, using insights to optimize operations. Work with the MtJ Performance Cell/Squad to develop omnichannel strategies using AIML/GenAI to improve customer and business outcomes. Partner with COO/Advisory Surveillance to ensure oversight, agility, and compliance, leveraging technology and innovation while managing risks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in managerial roles. Experience managing in a matrixed environment across functions like risk, governance, finance, product management, marketing, and operations. Knowledge of relevant systems, theories, and practices, with practical experience across multiple business cycles. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and agility. Excellent organizational, stakeholder, and project management skills. Resourceful, creative, independent, with effective communication skills.
