We have an exciting opportunity for a STRATEGIC PRICING MANAGER . Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Pricing Manager to lead the development and execution of long-term pricing strategies that enhance profitability, market positioning, and customer value. This role is highly analytical and cross-functional, requiring deep commercial insight, financial acumen, and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to shape pricing policy across complex service offerings, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop, own, and execute on the strategic pricing roadmap aligned with corporate goals, margin targets, and market dynamics Lead, manage and mentor a team of analysts and senior analysts Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer segments, competitive positioning, and cost structures to inform strategic pricing decisions Design and optimize pricing models and frameworks that reflect the complexity of service offerings, customer risk profiles, and operational costs Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver strategic proposals for large accounts, bids, and long-term contracts Lead pricing strategy for new services, market entry, and contract renewals, ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and profitability standards Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing initiatives using KPIs, margin analysis, and customer lifetime value metrics Support the development of tools, dashboards, and automation to enhance pricing efficiency and visibility across the organization Ensure pricing policies comply with legal, contractual, and ethical standards, particularly in regulated or government-facing services Oversee pricing as part of RFQ processes and optimise through automation, decision support tools, and post-mortem insights Present pricing recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial strategy, or financial planning Advanced English Strong understanding of value-based pricing, margin optimization, and cost modeling. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior decision-makers. Advanced proficiency in Excel and pricing tools; experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/CRM systems. Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment Desired Qualifications Experience in secure logistics, cash management, or high-value supply chain services. Familiarity with contract-based pricing, tenders, and government bids. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic insight with operational feasibility.
