Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities: Manage requirements, maintain roadmaps, and coordinate team activities. Create Governance Collateral and run weekly/monthly calls with CW stakeholders Manage Support team performance to meet and exceed goals Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and set appropriate expectations Work closely with designers, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to meet business expectations Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, risk assessments, and status reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure that projects meet business objectives and compliance requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 8 years of experience as Project Manager Experience working in IT projects Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus. English: Advanced Assistance to office 1-2 days per week (Offices: Cuauhtemoc)
