Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/08/2025 Duration: 16 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job ID 33736443 Job Summary: Interventional Radiology RN Facility: Piedmont Healthcare (specific campus not listed) Unit: Interventional Radiology (IR) – sensitive unit Contract Length: 16 weeks (must continue through Jan 31 ) Guaranteed Hours: 4x10s (40 hours/week) Shift: Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Schedule: Monday–Friday with 1 variable day off Call Requirement: 1 weekday on-call per week 1 weekend of call every 6 weeks Required Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year IR experience (first-time travelers accepted) Active GA or Compact RN license – REQUIRED at submission Certifications: ACLS – Required BLS – Required ARRT (R) & ARRT (VI) – Required (implies radiology/tech background) Charting: Epic experience preferred Preferred: Trauma Level I/II and community hospital experience Important Requirements & Policies: Holiday Work Policy: Expected to work 1 major holiday if it occurs during assignment If 2 major holidays fall within the contract, must work both If 3 major holidays fall within contract, work 2 Max RTO: 7 days (must be submitted with profile) Floating: May float to Cath Lab & EP Lab as needed Compliance: Full compliance is required before start Orientation is bi-weekly— delays push start by 2 weeks Locals Accepted: Same rate as travelers Common Procedures/Skills on Unit: Wide range of interventional and vascular radiology procedures including: Angioplasty, embolization, stent placements, TIPS, biopsies, PICC/Central line placements, and more Equipment: Siemens, Philips Support: IV Team, Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
