Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about the insurance products and services offered by Kevin Shettler. Appointment Setting: Coordinate appointments with clients for consultations and meetings with insurance agents. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Data Management: Accurately input and manage client information within our CRM system. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to management for continuous improvement. Requirements Licensing: Willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Licenses. We cover necessary cost to obtain licenses. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive ability. Customer Service: Strong aptitude for customer service with a commitment to understanding customer needs. Result-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals. Proficiency: Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM and other relevant software.
