Assembly - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity: • Job Title: Assembly • Pay Rate Range: $18.00-$20.00/Hour • Location: Rogers, MN • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM • Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications: 1. HS Diploma or GED 2. Ability to read tape measure. 3. Previous mechanical assembly preferred. 4. Previous experience with fabrication tools including but not limited to: Drills, caulking guns, squares, calipers, protractors, tape measures, grinders, etc 5. Basic computer skills needed, ability to learn ERP system. 6. Lifting 50lbs and up to 75 lbs. team lift. 7. Standing for long durations of time. 8. Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools. 9. Steel Toe Boots required. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with Assembly lead throughout the day regarding what needs to be assembled. 2. Mechanical assembly as well as adhesive assembly 3. Riveting, bolting, screwing, gluing components together 4. Assemble per provided blueprints. 5. Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.
