Marketing Assistant (George)

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to manage and expand our Business . This role is key to driving brand presence and generating new opportunities in line with our company’s growth KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a calm, reassuring manner suitable for engaging with our vulnerable clientele and a proactive attitude toward achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support existing client relationships Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns aligned with business goals Communicate with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings in a professional and empathetic manner Track performance against weekly and monthly KPIs Conduct market research to identify new opportunities Create and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Assist with content creation, digital marketing efforts, and brand development Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support Provide feedback to management to improve service delivery and marketing strategies Key Requirements: Friendly, calm, and approachable personality, especially when dealing with vulnerable individuals Highly organised and detail-oriented Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Self-starter with the ability to work independently Fast learner and adaptable to new tools, platforms, and systems Good time management and able to meet strict deadlines Excellent work ethic and professional attitude Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Prior experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or care sectors (preferred but not essential) Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, or digital marketing tools is a plus Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) What We Offer: Full training provided Supportive, people-first company culture Flexible working hours Performance-based growth opportunities A chance to make a meaningful impact in the care industry
