Plant Supervisor (Agriculture) Christiana, North West Key Responsibilities: li]:mt-1.5"> Supervise plant operations with a strong focus on safety (SHE) and adherence to company standards. Ensure optimal production according to specifications, maintaining stable and safe operation. Complete and review production logs, shift handovers, and daily instructions. Monitor raw material intake and supervise operator training, rotation, and productivity. Ensure plant cleanliness, housekeeping, and minimize spills. Schedule operator tasks, manage timekeeping and overtime. Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements. Conduct safety rounds and maintain clean, dry warehouse conditions. Communicate maintenance needs and prepare daily performance reports for the Plant Manager. Involve operators in plant operations and promote high working standards. Key Qualifications & Requirements: li]:mt-1.5"> Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office . Strong organizational commitment and responsiveness. Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and discipline . Physical strength and stamina required.
