This is a key leadership role managing its ERP systems and teams locally to support core business functions such as supply chain, finance, sales, and retail operations. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP S4 Hana Retail systems across key business functions including supply chain, finance, retail operations, and sales. Oversee and support other critical corporate solutions such as HR systems, CRM, procurement platforms, and analytics tools. Collaborate with business leaders to identify system requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing technology solutions. Manage a local team of SAP and corporate application specialists, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance, and development. Ensure seamless system integration, data accuracy, and user adoption across the enterprise application landscape. Govern vendor relationships, project delivery, change management, and application lifecycle processes to meet service standards and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the enterprise application portfolio to support evolving business needs. Requirements: Degree-qualified with at least 15-18 years of IT experience, including proven leadership in SAP ERP and corporate applications within a Retail or FMCG environment. Strong functional knowledge of SAP S4 Hana Retail and SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, WM) and, hands-on experience with supporting enterprise systems such as HRIS, CRM, or procurement tools. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. Ability to align technology solutions with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
