Responsibilities Market and Tele market daily. Produce and write new business as well as re shop our current clients for better rates. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Educate our clients. Must have the ability to multitask and learn relatively fast. Must be a self-starter and has the ability to work independently. Work with the Principal Agent to establish and meet sales and marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Ability to use social media as a marketing tool. Must have a great, positive attitude. As an Agent, you will receive Salary plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) 401K Flexible hours Compensation: Negotiable, also, based off experience Requirements Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not necessary, because we have the best training program. Customer Service Experience Licensed in P&C (or the ability to become licensed within 30 days) Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
