Job Description Job Description We Have a Position Starting ASAP – Do You Have These Skills? We’re looking for someone with experience in the following responsibilities: AP invoice coding for all divisions and subsidiaries AP invoice entry into the accounting system Handling inter-company transactions, including billing subsidiaries for inter-company expenses Posting inventory receipts for landed cost items once AP invoices are received Weekly corporate credit card account reconciliations Weekly reconciliation of inventory clearing accounts Posting weekly payments (ACH, wire, online, and E-pay) in the accounting system Providing support for accounting-related requests, such as: Vendor payment history Completing vendor credit applications for purchasing agents Generating inventory reports Setting up new vendor accounts Company Description As a top staffing provider, Express Employment Professionals puts people to work in all types of jobs at all levels.
