Gastroenterology Physician

Facility in Harrisburg, PA seeking GI locums coverage Rates: $5700/day This position involves inpatient consultation, GI procedures (including ERCP), and follow-ups. Candidates must be available at least 7 days per month, with the flexibility to manage both in-house day shifts and night call coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient GI hospital coverage, including rounding, consultations, procedures, and discharges. Perform essential GI procedures, including colonoscopy, EGD, PEGs, esophageal varices management, stenting, and ERCPs. Take night call coverage with a 30-minute response time (from the hospital or designated lodging). Manage approximately 7 admissions per on-call shift.
