Permanent Primary Care Physician OpeningLocation: Brattleboro, VermontPosition Type: Full-Time, OutpatientStart Date: Fall 2025 Position Highlights Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 32 hours patient-facing 8 hours administrative Call Schedule: 1:11, phone-only (no in-person call duties) Setting: Outpatient only (Family or Internal Medicine) Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics Patient Volume: Approx. 14 patients/day Duties Include: Outpatient care & chronic disease management Charting, care coordination, quality initiatives On-call phone support rotation Participation in long-term succession planning Requirements Start Date: Must be available to begin by Fall 2025 Licensure/Certifications: Must meet all required clinical licensure and certification standards Commute: Not open to candidates commuting more than 1 hour Exclusivity: Not open to candidates planning to work another job simultaneously Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (discussed in interview) Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable Loan Repayment: Up to $10,000/year in matching funds Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Insurance: Health (including prescriptions) Dental & Vision Life insurance Short- and long-term disability Spending Accounts: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - health & dependent care Health Savings Account (HSA) Retirement Programs Time Off: PTO, vacation, and sick leave CME Allowance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Next StepsInterested?
