You perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues, handling repairs from engine rebuilds to transmission work. In addition to fixing problems, you focus on vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and safety. You guide junior technicians, fostering a collaborative environment, and communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure accurate repair orders and exceed customer expectations. We're looking for someone who can work a Monday-Friday 7 AM-6 PM rotating schedule for coverage with rotated Saturdays while meeting the following qualifications: 8 years of experience as a tech A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record Diagnostic abilities Possess your own tools Willing to work a Saturday rotation schedule Preferred Qualifications: ASE certification Aftermarket experience Independent and reliable The more experience you have, the better!
