Key Responsibilities Oversee daily stores operations including receiving, checking, and storing of incoming goods. Maintain accurate inventory levels using SAP, ensuring correct storage and FIFO practices. Coordinate shipments, dispatches, and deliveries in line with company timelines. Manage vehicle routes, dispatch documentation, and ensure roadworthy fleet conditions. Supervise and support store staff and drivers to achieve departmental goals. Generate stock and operational reports, identify process improvements, and ensure SHEQ compliance. Enforce company health and safety standards within storage facilities. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 with Mathematics. At least 4 years hands-on stores management experience , including supervision. Strong knowledge of stock control, dispatch, and inventory systems (SAP experience beneficial). Valid drivers license. Skills & Attributes Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Beplan drywers se roetes, bestuur afleweringsdokumentasie, en verseker padwaardige voertuie. Bestuur en ondersteun winkelpersoneel en drywers om afdelingsdoelwitte te bereik. Stel voorraad- en operasionele verslae op en verseker nakoming van SHEQ-vereistes. Handhaaf gesondheid- en veiligheidsstandaarde in die pakhuis. Minimum Vereistes Graad 12 met Wiskunde. Ten minste 4 jaar praktiese ervaring in voorraad- en pakhuisbestuur , insluitend toesighouding. Sterk kennis van voorraadbeheer, versendings en SAP (voordeel). Geldige rybewys. Vaardighede & Eienskappe Uitstekende organisatoriese en leierskapsvaardighede. Sterk kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vermoë. Probleemoplossing en besluitneming onder druk. Verbintenis tot gesondheid, veiligheid en gehalte standaarde.
