Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the new vehicle sales team to achieve targets. Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize profitability and growth. Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Oversee stock control, vehicle display, and dealership standards. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving repeat and referral business. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager at franchised dealership. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Business acumen with strong reporting and analytical ability. Valid drivers license.
