Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff. Ensure operational compliance with company policies and procedures. Achieve daily sales and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Manage stock control, inventory counts, and warehouse operations. Oversee administrative processes including orders, queries, and banking. Ensure EH&S compliance and maintain high standards of housekeeping. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Requirements Matric / NQF Level 4 equivalent (compulsory). Minimum 5 years sales experience within a Wholesale or Retail environment . Management experience (advantageous). Technical knowledge of Refrigeration/HVAC (advantageous). Knowledge of appliance spares and HVAC essential. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Syspro, PowerPoint, Outlook). Physically able to handle stock. Valid drivers license required. Why Apply?
