Qualification National Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Degree with Supervisory Training will be beneficial Requirements 5 Years in maintenance supervision experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry (beverage or food) Experience in malt or food manufacturing plants Duties Plan and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment Supervise Artisans and Contractors Assist and execute projects Ensure plant downtime is minimized Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory Strategic plant reliability improvement and application of reliability centred maintenance Health and Safety and compliance After hours support
