Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell new vehicles across both franchise brands. Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives. Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring excellent customer experience. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability. Maintain strong product knowledge across both brands, including features, specifications, and finance options. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Complete all administrative tasks including quotations, contracts, and finance applications accurately. Requirements: Proven sales experience within the motor industry (new vehicle sales preferred). Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple brand portfolios effectively. Valid drivers licence.
