Customer Service Manager

Global Manufacturing operations company is looking for strategic management for the Customer Service team. Overview of the Role Responsible for coordinating tasks and projects related to improving customer service, supervising and ensuring the good performance of each customer service executive under their charge to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Design strategies to ensure excellence in customer satisfaction. Supervise activities carried out by internal and external market executives. Guarantee compliance with policies and procedures in the sales order processes. Develop and mentor Customer Service Executives to support their professional careers and enhance their contributions within the company. Set goals and projects for the Customer Service team to foster their growth and professional development. Assemble reports with metrics on service effectiveness and delivery times. Prepare and manage department's budget. Ensure compliance with ISO and BRC standards regarding documentation records and customer satisfaction related to sales orders. Must Have: Bachelor's degree in economics/administration/engineering or related areas. Advanced English skills (speaking and written). 7-10 years of experience in Customer Service. At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles related to the area. Previous experience with SAP (sales order creation module) Extensive knowledge with Policies and Processes for Sales Orders and O2C process. Understanding of foreign trade operations Comprehension of national and international logistics Basic or general knowledge of GMPs applicable to the area Effective communication and negotiation skills.
