Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who’s ready to take their career to the next level. If you’re passionate about tech talent, love connecting people with opportunities, and want to work on cross-border hiring (U.S. & Mexico), this role is for you. This is an on-site position in Monterrey , where you’ll be part of a high-energy team shaping the future of staffing across industries. What You’ll Do Own the full recruitment cycle for IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.), while also supporting non-IT positions as needed. Find talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and your own network . Screen for skills, English fluency, and U.S. work eligibility . Partner with account managers/clients to submit top candidates. Coordinate interviews & feedback – keeping the process smooth for everyone. Keep our ATS and trackers sharp and updated. Work closely with internal teams to set priorities and meet deadlines . What You Bring 4 years recruiting IT roles (must-have). Experience hiring for U.S. positions . Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Fluent English – written & spoken. Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, ATS tools. Strong multitasker: handling multiple reqs while staying organized. Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to deliver results . Bonus Points If You Have Worked at a staffing agency or U.S. consulting firm . Experience recruiting beyond IT (healthcare, finance, admin, automotive, retail).
