Accounting Clerk

Job Description Job Description Accounting Clerk We have partnered with a well established manufacturing company that is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of accounting experience who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process and review purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Assist with month-end close procedures and general ledger reconciliations Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Excel Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1 year of accounting experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of purchase order systems and invoice matching High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Company Description GHJ Search and Staffing (formerly Creative Financial Staffing - CFS Los Angeles) is the recruiting arm of GHJ, a national accounting and advisory firm.
