Recruitment Solutions are working with a fantastic company seeking a new team member to join their small but growing business on a full-time basis. This is a Temporary to Permanent position for the right candidate. As an Installer you will have a great career opportunity ahead of you. Initially you will be assisting qualified HETAS Engineers installing solid fuel stoves but working towards HETAS installer qualifications if competent. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. You will probably have a background in the building trade plastering and rendering is a big advantage, happy to work at heights on ladders and have a (clean) full UK driving licence. Like many building trades, the work can be physically demanding and involve working outdoors in all weathers. As we are a small team, everyone gets involved in all aspects of the business and therefore this role will also include helping in the warehouse when necessary. We are looking for someone who is a team player, honest, reliable, able to undertake physically demanding work, has a positive and flexible attitude, good customer interaction skills, a practical mind and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in the stove industry and customer service is helpful but not essential, as full training will be given. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting our Hetas engineers in the installation of solid-fuel stoves and fires, fireplaces, and flue systems Working at heights Heavy manual handling Receiving and dealing with deliveries On the job training will be provided for all aspects of our work.
