Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers in the showroom Coordinate showroom operations, including deliveries and sample stock Support the external sales team with showroom-based customer service Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and stock control Build and nurture long-term client relationships Requirements National Senior Certificate (Matric) Certificate or Diploma in Interior Decorating or similar (preferred) 3 years sales experience in an interior décor or retail environment Experience in showroom or outlet operations advantageous Own reliable transport Skills and Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation and telephone etiquette Passion for interiors and product styling Sales-oriented with a service-driven approach Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Professional, proactive, and solution-focused Why Join Us?
