Lead, Sales and Growth - Gifting

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead to drive the growth of FairPrice Group’s gifting product portfolio, including physical and digital gifts and corporate reward solutions. This role is critical to expanding our footprint across B2B, B2C and partnership / reseller channels, and will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong record in solution selling, partnership management and commercial execution. You will be responsible for growing market share, achieving sales targets and building scalable business propositions that meet the evolving needs of both corporate and retail customers. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales of gifting products across corporate, enterprise, and retail channels Own and deliver against aggressive revenue and margin targets Build and manage a high-converting pipeline of B2B leads, with focus on seasonal and repeat business Develop pricing strategies and bundled product offerings to improve win rates and profitability Market Development Identify and pursue new market segments and untapped verticals Represent the gifting business in strategic cross-functional initiatives (e.g. rewards catalogue refresh, partnership launches) Deal Structuring & Account Management Structure and negotiate bulk sales, corporate gifting, and incentive programme deals Manage key accounts post-sale to drive repeat business and retention Collaborate with Corporate control, Legal, Finance and fulfillment on contracting, fulfillment, and compliance Expand and optimise the gifting and rewards catalogue through third-party partnerships Curate catalogue experiences to meet different customer needs (e.g. employee rewards, festive gifts, redemption incentives) Track partner performance and optimise value from supplier rebates or commercial agreements Strategy, Analytics & Business Case Development Use market insights and sales data to identify growth opportunities Build compelling business cases to support new initiatives, investments, or pricing strategies Provide regular pipeline forecasts and commercial reporting to leadership Requirements Must-Have experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 6–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably in corporate gifting, loyalty, or rewards Strong experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies Comfortable leading deal negotiations and building commercial models or proposals Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally across product, finance, and operations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Good-to-Have experience Experience in FMCG, retail, tech, or enterprise gifting platforms Familiarity with loyalty catalogues, stored value products, or employee rewards platforms Knowledge of procurement cycles and enterprise sales processes in Singapore or the region Others Work location: FairPrice Hub (next to Joo Koon MRT station) Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at FairPrice Group by 2x Get notified about new Sales Specialist jobs in Singapore, Singapore .
