Head of Operations - F&B

With a diverse portfolio of successful restaurants, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead their team and drive their next phase of growth. You will be the strategic backbone of their operations, overseeing all aspects of their restaurant business, from day-to-day management to long-term planning. Responsibilities: Oversee and mentor a team of restaurant managers and area managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all their brands to ensure they are meeting and exceeding targets for sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement best-in-class operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Maintain the high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance that their customers have come to expect across all their brands. Work closely with the leadership team to identify new opportunities for expansion, brand development, and market penetration. Take ownership of operational budgets, P&L statements, and inventory management to maximize profitability. Requirements: A seasoned F&B professional with at least 10 years of experience in multi-brand & multi-outlet operations, with a significant portion of that time spent in a leadership role. A natural leader who is passionate about mentoring people and building high-performing teams. A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of F&B financials and business drivers. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of implementing successful operational systems. A master communicator who can effectively engage with everyone from the culinary teams to the senior management.
