Job Description

The Business Unit controller supports the Business Unit to meet its statutory financial obligations, to produce financial statements, ensure timely compliance of local tax obligations and ensure an appropriate internal control environment. Responsibilities Ensures accounting and financial processes are in compliance with the corporate Finance Playbook. Responsible for the completeness, consistency, accuracy and timely publication of the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements of the company. Leads the monthly financial closing process in coordination with the Enterprise Services Organization. Reviews trial balance and preliminary financial statements. Performs financial close analysis and close GL including high level adjustments. Oversees shared services performance for the RTR tower, reviewing SLA and KPI performance metrics, identifying gaps and aligning remediating actions. Responsible for the compliance of local, state, labor and federal Tax obligations. Oversight of approval of capital spending and tracking. Provides support to External and Internal Audit Responsible to ensure and adequate Internal control environment in all of the company’s assets including inventory. Responsible of inventory management activities for all sites including oversight of inventory counts. Responsible for the payroll processing of the company. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 5 years experience in a Controller position. Experience in a consumer goods & multinational company. Advanced english. Results- oriented. Team leadership.
