Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Invasive RN Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiac catheterization lab License: Active Nursing License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization lab preferred - Experience with CPT/diagnostic cardiac procedures - Proficiency in monitoring and managing patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures - Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Description: Looking for an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in cardiac invasive procedures. The ideal candidate will have a background in cardiac catheterization with a focus on adult patient care. Weekends require 1 weekend shift of on-call duty per month. One holiday is required if it falls within the contract period. Call commitment includes 1 day per week. Experience is preferred in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including cardiac stenting and telemonitoring. Responsibilities will include assisting with cardiac procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patients pre and post-procedure. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in infection prevention, dysrhythmia interpretation, and procedural sedation management. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
