Commercial Vehicle Truck Service Advisor POS25169 Potchefstroom Salary: Market Related Maximise service sales and profitability through accurate quotation and service delivery Qualifications & Experience · Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 / N4 · Advantageous: Administration Diploma · Experience: Minimum 2 years in a workshop environment with strong administrative experience. · Experience as Hino Service Advisor would be advantages Key Competencies · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively · Good customer service orientation · High attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively · Commercial or retail mindset · Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Key Responsibilities (not limit to) · Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer satisfaction and complaints with professionalism and care. · Workshop Planning: Oversee workshop utilization capacity and ensure smooth operations. · Invoicing & Claims: Prepare retail and internal invoicing and manage claims efficiently. · Job Card Management: Open, process, and monitor job cards for repairs, maintenance, and service. Communication & Liaison: Act as the main contact between customers and Volvo, ensuring accurate information transfer. · Workshop Support: Assist Technicians with VSTs & RSTs, manage workshop administration, and maintain the maintenance parts store.
