Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive sales growth, and expand the customer base within the designated region. What Our Client is Looking For Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales and/or branch management Previous experience in the chemical or technical sales industry will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs Skills Strong sales, business development, and negotiation abilities Proven leadership and team management skills: ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff Solid financial acumen: budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Operations management expertise: process optimization, compliance, and day-to-day operations Technical understanding of products, equipment, and industry requirements Proficiency in system-driven environments Attributes High level of integrity and trustworthiness Organised, deadline-driven, and self-motivated Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Drive branch growth and expand the customer base Diversify revenue streams to maximize profitability Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Conduct product presentations and demonstrations Ensure Area Managers meet responsibilities and deliver on KPIs Product Knowledge & Market Awareness Stay up to date with the latest chemical products and services Monitor competitor activities and industry trends Branch Operations Management Manage daily branch operations and staff performance Oversee stock levels, monthly stock takes, and inventory security Ensure accurate and timely stock orders from the production plant Finance Manage branch financial performance and resource allocation Prepare and monitor budgets Safeguard company assets Planning, Admin & Reporting Prepare and submit monthly reports and action plans Maintain and update customer records Internal Collaboration & Ad Hoc Tasks Foster teamwork and effective communication across departments Assist with additional duties as required Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
