Job Description
Administrative Duties Front desk reception: welcoming visitors, answering and diverting calls Assisting customers and suppliers at reception Filing and document management General administrative support to the accountant and production manager Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Basic data capturing and record-keeping Office upkeep and ordering stationery and supplies as needed Procurement & Buying Duties Assisting with purchase orders and ensuring correct documentation Material ordering and liaising with suppliers Managing stock control and inventory Following up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries Assisting in sourcing the best prices and reliable suppliers Supporting the accountant and production manager with procurement-related tasks Minimum Requirements: Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) Matric certificate Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Accounting background some form of accounting knowledge (either from school or studies) Good verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Must be punctual, neat, and reliable Experience Experience as a Junior Buyer or in procurement, purchasing, material ordering, stock control, or inventory management
