Internal Sales Consultant (Polokwane)

Minimum Requirements: Matric. (Grade 12) Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal sales, preferably within a retail environment. Vehicle and valid Drivers License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in customers by providing product information and support to drive sales. Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers. Invoicing and Order Processing: Generate accurate invoices and ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed. Administrative Support: Maintain up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Assist in the preparation of quotations and tenders for clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with external sales representatives to coordinate sales efforts and share customer insights. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales targets, strategies and performance. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
