Technicians, Workshop Manager & Service Advisors

An established and fast-paced a utomotive workshop in Durban, KwaZulu Natal is expanding and looking to hire experienced professionals for the following roles: Workshop Manager Responsibilities Oversee daily workshop operations and staff. Ensure workflow efficiency and quality control. Maintain strong customer engagement and satisfaction. Support strategic business growth alongside ownership. Requirements: Proven leadership and management experience in a workshop environment. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and diagnostics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in the aftermarket industry preferred. Service Advisor Responsibilities: Respond to online leads and manage customer bookings. Provide accurate quotes and manage costing. Liaise between clients and workshop team. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Requirements: Previous experience as a service advisor. Basic technical understanding of vehicle systems. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly. Qualified Automotive Technician Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and general services. Maintain high-quality workmanship and efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety and service standards. Collaborate with the workshop team to meet daily targets. Requirements: Trade-tested or qualified technician. Experience working on a range of vehicles. Ability to work independently and follow job cards accurately. Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
