Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage export operations, including shipment planning, container loading, and transport logistics. Ensure all export documentation and invoicing is prepared accurately and promptly. Maintain compliance with applicable export laws, regulations, and Incoterms for different markets and countries. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipments. Generate and track reports on customer order status and export documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure adherence to the companys internal controls and risk management procedures. Handle customer queries related to shipping, packaging, and delivery. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate (Matric) 3 years of experience in export administration or logistics within a manufacturing environment Degree Logistics & Supply Chain Management & Inventory and Stores Management NQF7 National Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management / Inventory and Stores Management NQF6 Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, or similar ERP systems Strong organizational, administrative, and data management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of export legislation, Incoterms, and supply chain processes Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good understanding of customer service principles and stakeholder management Send your updated CV, Proof of Matric & Diplomas/Degrees, contactable references and a head & shoulder photo of yourself.
