Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer Full Stack AEM is preferred for both roles but if not, we are ok with one backend and one front end as well. Required Skills & Experience • 5 years of hands-on AEM development experience • Expertise in AEM Core Concepts: Sling, JCR, OSGi, Sightly/HTL • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and SPA frameworks • Solid grasp of back-end practices: Sling Models, Custom Services, AEM Dispatcher rules • Experience with Adobe Target: activity creation, audience targeting, reporting and optimization • Hands-on experience with AEM Forms: adaptive forms, form data models, workflows • Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service architecture and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of web security, including CSP, input validation, and authentication protocols • Strong debugging skills and performance optimization mindset Role Overview We’re seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer with full-stack capabilities to design, develop, and optimize scalable digital experiences across AEM Cloud. The ideal candidate will blend strong front-end finesse with back-end architecture, demonstrating mastery of core AEM development, Adobe Target integration, and AEM Forms configuration.
