Job Description Job Description Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Join Our Team as an Insurance Agent! We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for both expanding our company's book of business and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients , addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Provide accurate and timely information regarding policies, coverage, and billing. Resolve client inquiries and complaints with a professional and empathetic demeanor. Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs. Process policy endorsements, changes, and renewals , ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Maintain and update client records in our agency management software (AMS 360 or similar). Expand our business reach through networking techniques. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products to existing clients. Comply with insurance standards and regulations . Track and identify areas of improvement within our processes. Qualifications: Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills. Positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer software Job Type: Full-time, In-office, Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30 PM Benefits: Competitive salary plus commission-based structure. Commission is based on holding a California Property and Casualty license.
