New Vehicle Sales Manager

Position: New Vehicle Sales Manager Location: Tzaneen, Limpopo Industry: Automotive Key Responsibilities: Manage the new vehicle sales department and ensure monthly targets are achieved. Lead, guide, and support the sales team to maximise performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. Provide regular reporting on departmental results to senior management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, closing, and customer service abilities. Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers licence. Remuneration: A competitive package is offered, including commission incentives.
