Área e especialização profissional: Marketing - Desenvolvimento de Produto / Categoria / Marca Nível hierárquico: Analista Local de trabalho: São Paulo, SP Regime de contratação de tipo Efetivo – CLT Jornada Período Integral Responsibilities Terminal Visual Planning and Design • Gain in-depth insights into the trends of the mobile phone industry, consumer needs and the retail images of competing products in the Brazilian market. • Integrate internal and external resources in line with the rhythm of new product launches and promotional activities, plan and develop offline Point of Sale Materials (POSM). • Be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the images of different types of terminal sales points in combination with the environment of channel stores, so as to create a high-end brand image for each channel. Formulation and Execution of Display Standards • Do based on different types of channel images and store environments, and in combination with new product launches. • Formulate product display standard manuals to guide the display of regional products and related promotional materials. • Work closely with regional teams to ensure effective implementation in stores. Material Management and Supplier Management • Source and manage material suppliers. • Complete localized development and delivery through supplier management in combination with local image construction and material production needs. • Assist in arranging the subscription and delivery of imported materials. Regional region Visual Support and Management • Connect with the terminal business needs of regions, promote business improvement and the formulation of relevant processes. Requirements • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory. • Proficiency in Chinese is desirable. • Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Industrial Design or a related field. • At least 3 years of industry experience. • Be familiar with the development of retail promotional materials, the formulation process and methods of display standards. • Possess excellent supplier sourcing and management capabilities. • It is better to master professional 2D and 3D design software, to be able to independently draw simple terminal display layout diagrams and material design.
